Cades Cove Jeep Outpost & Crazy Like Offroad present “Only You Can Prevent Mall Crawlers", an offroad adventure-filled weekend at Windrock Park (August 9-11) in celebration of Smokey Bear’s 80th birthday!

All proceeds from registrations and t-shirt sales benefit Friends of the Smokies.

Crazy Like Offroad will be hosting the following LIMITED AVAILABILITY guided rides that require pre-registration. Pre-registration fee is $75 per Jeep and includes the below.

Selected guided ride by a Crazy Like Offroad ambassador. Crazy like Offroad has one goal in mind: grow an educated, safe, confident and well prepared offroad community. Most importantly, to do so in an unintimidating, professional & fun manner.
One event t-shirt per registration. Additional shirts can be pre-purchased here.
Friday and Saturday night primitive camping on-site.

Weekend Itinerary

Friday, August 9th

5:00 pm - Meet & Greet: Friday evening at the pavilion will be open to all pre-registered attendees. We will host a meet & greet at 5:00 pm to get to know the Cades Cove Jeep Outpost and Crazy Like Offroad team. Food truck will be on-site for dinner.

7:30 pm - Night Ride (Easy): We will make our way to the top of Windrock for sunset.

Saturday, August 10th

9:00 am - Rides begin - Register here (only 1 ride/package per Jeep)

Stock Friendly Easy (Limited to 15 Jeeps)
Just as it sounds. This means any Jeep from the factory with a minimum of a 31" tire is capable of completing the ride with zero body damage & potential use of factory skid plate systems. Fire extinguisher, tow strap and radio are required for this ride.
Moderate Difficulty (Limited to 12 Jeeps)
35" tire requirement (37's recommended). This ride will push your comfort level & ability level of your Jeep. A well-prepared vehicle is required for this ride. Ride requirements: Fire extinguisher, tow strap, radio, winch & associated recovery gear, trail jack & ability to change a tire (full size spare required), & the ability to air down & up. A very good understanding of how all functions of your Jeep work is necessary.
Women’s Only Easy (Limited to 10 Jeeps)
For any tire size 33" & up, this is the opportunity if you've never been on a trail to learn. For anyone looking to move to moderate rides, and easy ride is encouraged first. Zero body damage should be expected on these rides, however, skid plates should be expected to be used. Fire extinguisher, tow strap, ability to air down & up & radio are required for this ride.

5:00 pm - Evening hangout and live music. A food truck will be on-site.

We welcome all to join us at Windrock Park on Saturday! If you do not wish to participate in a guided ride, you are still welcome to ride the trails on your own and at your own pace, then join us for the evening.

NOTE: ALL RIDES WILL MEET AND TAKE PLACE AT WINDROCK PARK. ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY WINDROCK ENTRY FEE* AND SIGN THEIR WAIVER UPON ENTRY.
